Sippican Tennis Club feels fortunate to have worked with Lisa Gilberto-Cunningham from Patti Bros. for updating it lighting and fans. The main hall of the club had old, mismatched, and broken fixtures that desperately needed replaced. Lisa managed to find quality fixtures that are energy efficient (and all “dimmable”) while keeping within the period look of the club’s early 20th-century architecture. Even more, she worked hard to stay within our budget! Lisa’s vision, expertise and research to meet the club’s needs was invaluable – we definitely could not have done it on our own! Lisa spent a lot of time getting to know what I liked, and in the end, she knew my aesthetic better than I did. She worked with me as long as necessary to find exactly the right thing and when she couldn’t find it, she’d create it for us. She never imposed her design sensibilities on me, but when she felt really strongly about  something, she’d assure me it would be good. And she was always right. Every fixture fits seamlessly; many are among my very favorite things about the house. You could  not find a better partner. Her selections made this house and it wouldn’t be the same without Lisa.. 

Over the past 10 years I have worked with Lisa on numerous projects in 2 different houses. Before working with Lisa, I never noticed how much lighting affects a room in terms of both how it feels and how it functions. She is patient, creative, thorough, and professional. My contractor was never waiting on Lisa. Everything was always onsite at the appropriate time and installation was seamless.
